Quality
The quality page allows you to have a better view of your factory production quality. Note that in this article, for the sake of generalization, we will refer to units to designate the products manufactured. In reality, it will be parts, sheets or anything else you produce.
On the left, there are five indicators for the time period selected in the filter:
- Quality rate
- Defects rate
- Produced units
- Good units
- Rejected units
For each of the indicators, there is a progress index, which shows whether the value has increased or decreased compared to the previous time period.
The two top graphs show the daily rates and the rates on the previous time period.
The three bottom graphs show the quality rates of the production.
